Welcome

Hello.

I am not a scientist or an economics professor. I am, however, a recent graduate of Baker University in Kansas. During the Bachelors program of Science of Management we discussed in every possible variety and solution of how corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a good sign of a great company. For those who do not know that term, it is that the company includes the environment and the people affected by the environment when making decisions about their company. I know some companies are already striving to reach a point where they are causing the minimal amount of damage to the environment and even spending a lot of money in advertising saying they are “Green”. I could not help but believe that until we start focusing on “Personal sustainability” our companies will never fully follow suit.

What things have you done today to help our carbon footprint? I admit I have not done as much as I could. Majority of American are in the same situation I am. I will not stand around and shout that everyone needs to turn off all their electrical devices. I would be lost without my EVO, my computer, and my coffee maker. I do however hope that perhaps has a group we can all find ways and improve ourselves. The next step would be to push the companies we own and work for to follow suit.
